The 11th Annual Hog Wild – which will be one of the most exciting fundraisers ever held in Port Angeles – will be on Saturday, June 22.

Tickets for the event – renamed “Hog Wild Goes to the Circus Presented by North Olympic Healthcare Network include dinner and beverage, as well as an evening full of entertainment.

​

Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase equipment for the Peninsula Children’s Clinic and to also support the OMC Healthcare Scholarship Fund.

 

The biggest challenge facing the healthcare industry in the nation is a lack of employees in all disciplines.

 

Working with OMC, the Foundation hopes to alleviate that by starting a scholarship program for current employees, college students, people interested in starting a second career, and high school graduates who want to go into the healthcare field, with a heavy emphasis on those who want to attend Peninsula College. Currently two-thirds of PC students end up working at the hospital.
