Festival of Trees – November 23, 24, 25th, 2012

Please join us for this year’s 22nd Annual Festival of Trees , offering three days of delightful holiday events for all ages, taking place in a forest of magnificently decorated trees and wreaths at the Vern Burton Community Center, located at 308 E. 4th Street in Port Angeles.

On Friday, November 23rd, the festivities begin with our popular morning and afternoon Teddy Bear Teas. This remarkable event features live entertainment, refreshments and visits from your favorite characters and Santa and Mrs. Claus. Purchase your tickets early for this amazing experience. Times are 10:00-11:30 am and 12:00-1:30 pm.

The Winterland-themed Gala and Auction take place that evening beginning with a fabulous gourmet buffet prepared by favorite local restaurants. After dinner, we will auction off 50 remarkable Christmas trees and approximately 80 wreaths which have been decorated by our wonderful tree and wreath designers. Each tree comes with a number of “presents”, ranging from trips to TV’s and other goodies! We end the evening dancing to marvelous live music.

On Saturday, November 24th, please join us for our Holiday Senior Breakfast, which begins promptly at 8:00 am. Adults only at this event please, which features great food and live entertainment.

At Family Days, Saturday, November 24th from 1:00-4:00 and Sunday, November 25th from 11:00-3:00, view the brilliantly decorated trees and wreaths, enjoy musical entertainment and partake in plenty of activities for the entire family, including a puppet show, games, crafts, pictures with Santa and hourly entertainment venues. Raffles will be held and amazing fun will be had by all during Family Days.
